Project Team: Danièle Hromek, Sarah Jane Jones, Annabel Stevens, Isabelle Toland

Client: City of Sydney

Location: Gadigal Lands [Zetland]

Date: 2020

Methodology: Country Centred Design

Type: Indigenous Interpretation Strategy

Overview: The Indigenous Interpretive Strategy acts as a high-level visioning document to provide a framework that can be used to support the integration of the landscape, public art and signage to create a unique place identity that responds to Country. Aligned with the broader concept and design of GPARC, the Strategy is an interpretive overlay integrated into the built environment, a key objective being to respond to, and complement the existing design concepts underpinning the architecture, landscaping and public artwork.
